Mar 31st, 2019L'éternel regret: en avoir douze de plus pour pouvoir en ouvrir une par an. Encore trop jeune mais malgré tout sublime ! De la densité, du fruit. Pas encore une évolution très prononcée mais ça s'amorce.

Oct 26th, 2019Delicious, bramble fruit wave greets you up front but then you get that wet stone taste and a little bit of spice at the end; velvety tannins trail off for a while. Great #rhone #syrah wine but the 2015 bottle prices seem to be getting a little out of hand. This Syrah paired pretty well with a Lamb Souvlaki plate at a BYOB Greek restaurant - I have to say the wine outshone the kebabs, though.
