Had this very interesting white Beaujolais Village up in the mountains near a waterfall and the minerality of the wine perf reflected the setting. Iodine and iron, almost a well water component which sounds odd but was So refreshing. A great country farm to table wine on a hot summer day with oysters and shrimp. Loved it.
