Chinon 2011. Lots of pepper on the nose. Almost celery like. Very light, a little mineral. Very sister finish. Seems this is a 100% cab franc. Very nice, a little lighter.

Nose is very faint; forest floor and leather but barely. First taste is ripe blackberries, a little black pepper, bitter orange peel, and sour cherry. Tannin-acid balance is definitely there, and leaves you wanting another sip. 100% cab franc.

Wow. Tight, Crisp Acid, Flowers. Good balance. All around good wine.
