This is an odd one. I liked it! Red fruit and juicy. But what a different type of Gamay this is from what grows in Beaujolais. It’s almost peppery? Tasty, though, even if a bit funky on the nose. On the nose, too, it’s got something that reminds of me of Nerds candy (?!). Not sure what to say about it. Weird but intriguing in a good way.
