Light and lively. Pretty. Unmistakably Burgundy tasted blind. Another amazing value, making it a good house wine candidate.

Smokin' good right out the gate. Archetypical quality burg.

Very feminine burgundy. Cranberry, dark cherry, and chalkiness for days. Great balance and very well integrated. Another bargain out of Beaune.

Lively and fragrant marking clear Burgundian notes, unmistakably PN. Bright red cherry (quite sweet) sweet spices, quite gravelly-mineral, smoky, oak, earthy. Showing good terroir. Still quite undeveloped on the palate, firm grainy tannin, lively vibrant acidity. Lovely length of meaty, smoky, oaky, red fruit, but still not resolved initially. Needs 3-4 years. Great wine in the making. Quite sour cherry. This will be 92+ in a few years

Very expressive aromas of flowers, some herbal notes, clearly whole clusters and a lot of fruit that we find also on the palate that is round, fairly supple of medium body at the most, nicely balanced, a few years in the cellar will do this wine so good but it is very enjoyable now. 89-90

Un nez très expressif, vendanges entieres, floral et herbacé, du fruit à revendre tout comme en bouche, qui est assez ronde et souple, bel équilibre, un bon vin qui pourra se conserver quelques années mais agréable en ce moment. 89-90

Needed air, this is a very young wine, opened up to dark fruits, very generous and full bodied palate, rich and wide, the texture is silky and almost thick, nice bottle as is but will wait for the others in this vintage.

Très jeune, a eu besoin d’air, fruits noirs, bouche généreuse, assez pleine et riche, texture veloutée et presque dense, très bien. 89-90

Red berries, a touch of cinnamon and spices. Fresh, elegant, lots of energy, nice soft tannins, well balanced, the most approchable and less powerful of all the premier crus from JM Vincent, very good, drank in a flash. 89-90

Fruits, rouges, touche de canelle. Frais, fin, énergique avec des tannins présents mais tellement approchables en ce moment, bien équilibré et le moins puissant des premiers crus de ce domaine, très bon, ça se boit tout seul. 89-90

Loved this Pinot, very well balanced. Paired well with my fish and my husbands lamb at Le Terroir in Santenay. Met the winemaker earlier that day by chance and he couldn’t be any nicer!
