We start well the weekend. A delicious wine still full of energy ... a more or less open nose but I just opened it. On the nose, citrus and pineapple notes. In the mouth a nice maturity of fruit with flavors of coconut, pineapple, white flowers and honeysuckle. Not at all heavy with a nice minerality and a little bitterness on the finish. A style that I like very much ... a delight ...

Explosion of citrus and lemon curd on the nose passes seamlessly to rich but not over-ripe palate dominated by tinned Del Monte pineapples gently cocooned in clean Madagascan vanilla and freshly churned Irish butter oak notes. Tight and bright at this stage, could benefit from a few more years. Fantastic.
