Colour is straw, slightly darker than the last Chardonnay. In the nose it is crisp, dry and metallic. Very steely and crisp mouthfeel. Very very light Chardonnay with little fruit characters. Aftertaste is slightly sweet, milky and metallic, reminiscent of the aftertaste of a native oyster. Should go very well.
