2012 vintage. Very showy, slight toast lemon, praline, creamy banana finishing with custard. Completely over-delivers for the price

A pure expression of Charnay, raised entirely in tank. Where are my oysters?

Crisp light medium finish would pair well with seafood chicken and soft cheeses

A little salty

Very Chardonnay Chardonnay. Definition from the textbook. No oak, no tertiary aromas or flavors. Just chardonnay, like we know it. Only note of note is the high ABV (14.5%) - provides a milky texture - cream offset with textbook acid and it's refreshing, relatively uninteresting.
