The master. This wine is utterly insane. Nose is impossibly complex. Wow. Caramel, floral, nutty, so high toned and expansive. Smokey. Flaming embers. Just atrocious. 9.9 nose. Holy shit, this is beyond. Heaven. Absurd. Sous voile wine is the bomb. It’s not spiked like sherry. Low alcohol wines that have high alcohol wine character. So unique. Palate is crazy. Icing on a cake. Fresh and so concentrated it almost hurts. Extraordinary focus and density but so nimble. Explosive finish that is fresh and nutty. A masterpiece.
