In the glass it’s a sunny golden yellow shade. The nose is crisp and fresh with green apple, blossom, minerality and a hint of orange zest. While in the mouth it’s dry with crisp lemon zing and a mellow lemon honey flavour. 100% elegant. 100% enjoyable. And an excellent match to the goats cheese 👌
