Terres Brulées Cornas Syrah

Meat, olive, dark cherry,peppercorn, great lift of acidity. Perfect with grilled elk, mild mushroom and lingonberry sauce!

Medium purple color with a wide rim and light violet core. A really fragrant, fruity nose of raspberry, bing cherry, fresh cocoa, and a bit of vanilla. Beautiful Cornas fruit here, it really is something special. Rich and round in the mouth, this is pure rustic goodness. These Rhône wines are ones I could drink everyday and this fits the bill. Medium bodied but still hefty and substantial. Stone minerality, truffles, and spice box steal the show on the palate. This is a lively and really fun Cornas that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Raisins and licorice evolved over an hour into a damn decent wine. Not quite as good as I remembered, but solid nonetheless.

Dry and rich

Fantastic! Drank it at cellar temp and it was gone before it had a chance to spread its wings. Quickly working its way up my list. Try to find it, you won't be disappointed.

Needed some time to mellow in the decanter... opened to be very fruit forward and long. Excellent northern Rhône 💣.

Just excellent stuff! Really nice Syrah blend. A pleasant surprise indeed. Going to attempt to find more.
