a gamay of the second type, (like a Morgon) the one that tends towards pinot noir bourguignon, less direct than young beaujolais, it nevertheless carries the characteristics of the grape varieties works in the Beaujolais tradition: light fruity generous and accessible ; the decantation will bring him duration. it remains a pleasure wine to drink around 12-15 degrees.
