This Trousseau of Ganevat (negotiant) is now in a great shape. This is really fun on a summer evening. A mixture of red fruits (raspberries, strawberries), roses and a light spice. On the palate it is also redberried, with lots of freshly ground black pepper. With its 12.5% alcohol rather light to medium weight, medium+ acidity, and little tannin. Nevertheless the wine has a nice definition and is incredibly drinkable and animating. This is not a great wine, but very lively and multi-faceted. A pleasure!
