Trousseau, Pinot and Ploussard have produced this elegant and perfect red wine for seafood. 2005, but still close on the nose, showed some signs of oak, smoky, leather and tar. The sommelier said: "I prefer the reds from Ganevat than the whites". One of the best wine lists in Boston.

2005 Ganevat Sainte Cécyle Appealing chocolate-berry and black trumpet aromas. Medium bodied, fresh and youthful. Earthy, dense fruit leaning towards dark berries with hints of spice and lurking complexity. Well structured and long. Lovely.
