Needed cheese rather than crab despite melted butter indulgence. Rich, extravagant, and some briny, saline inflections. However, not as much pop, cut, as anticipated. A good wine, but not spectacular for Ganevat.

2012, Chardonnay - 2 years in barrel, 100 year old vines. Full and rich but balanced and fine. 1er cru Burgundy killer.
