Bouzeron Aligoté

Pear and lime, lots of acidity and minerals. Very alive and citrusy, not really my cup of tea but not bad nonetheless.

Floral, round, plenty of power, citrus, minerals and a hint green and herbal on the finish. Fantastic Aligote.

Buttery, bit of oak

Pale yellow, woody aroma. Honey. Woody flavor. Mineral. Acidity is not so strong. Slight bitterness is stimulating my throat. First Aligote, interesting @1400, KPing - XH, 190925-191116

I have loved this wine in the past but this particular bottle has been a little puzzling. Very funky to the point of my wondering if I should take it back. But two days later, it’s starting to come together, against all odds. Deep tidal pool study.
