First Beaujolais. Floral and earthy. Mild on the nose, beautiful plum color.

Pale ruby hue. Aromas and flavors of bread, cherry, strawberry, toast, and vanilla. Medium-minus body; medium-minus tannins; and medium-plus acidity. Ripe, fresh, fruity bouquet on the nose; a smooth mouthfeel; and a short, easy finish. Simple and straightforward.

Aug 31st, 2020Smooth and delicate to taste. Earthy, sweet(hint of cherries), floral, and great for the summer. Though there’s nothing quite remarkable about it. I enjoyed it thoroughly with rosemary chicken and greens. It paired very well. It would go great with a fresh salad. Lightly chilled on a hot summer day! ✨
