Stunning even in its youthful stage. Acid is balanced across the palate-creamy yet a nice blast of minerals on the mid palate. While in the past I was not a fan of JCB this was a game changer.

Again the JCB collection was impressive. This Mazis was no exception. Surprised by how well it drinks right now. Deep garnet almost black in color. Finesse and focus on the palate. Deep black cherry, root beer and figs. Slight herb and mushroom on the finish.
