Alsace Riesling

Louis Armstrong and the Dukes of Dixieland are swingin’ it like there’s no tomorrow. And 3 years in the cellar made this grand cru riesling from Biecher perform amazingly. Thick clear golden wine; deep minerals and apples, perfumes, mouthwatering acids and a long violet-grapefruity finish.

Very fresh with minerality and acid. Rather with food.

Rather light but sumptuous, slight botrytis, medium acid. Great!

Riesling is good as usual, but this is not one of the best. Fruity but quite acidic.

Tastes too much like beer. Wouldn't buy again.
