25 year old vines, the Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault that make up this blend ware grown on soils rich in limestone and clay, harvested whole-cluster and fermented using indigenous yeast. A wonderfully bright, fruity expression with a good amount of mineral terroir and rustic grip, left a bit of sediment in the bottle. Great at its price point.
