Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé Blend

Good not great. Nothing stands out, but very drinkable.

Dry and funky. KH. High acid. Dried cherry. Red fruit. Funky lollipop

100% PN, fresh and candied cherries, great acidity, strawberries, lime zest and a bit of rim. thin bubbles, crisp and refreshing. hint of some herb notes, like oregano.

100% Alsacian Pinot Noir Sparkling Rose’. Attractive salmon-pink color. Bright red fruits on the nose. Red apple on the pallet. Nice stream of small bubbles and a very creamy texture. Bright and lively!

Good acidity and fruit forward, strawberries and cream, nice for $

Pretty dry, not bone dry. A whiff of smoked meat on the nose. Mellow, yummy tanning early on the palate.

Crisp, delightfully round with both berry and brioche notes

Salmon color, faint strawberry, rosy nose. Vanilla and frothy effervescence on the palate with a chalky finish. Archetypal cremant rose, nice aperitif.

I like it better than a rose non-Champagne but not as well as blanc
