Blend of about 60% Pinot Nior, 40% Trepat (blend changes a bit from batch to batch), deep salmon color with aromas of berry and citrus fruit with a mineral tang, light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry and citrus with slight biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a crisp yeasty citrus mineral character.
