Very juicy, very soft, nice of spice towards the finish. Natural but awesome!!! Matched with roast chicken. Touch fruit sweet on the finish.

When I opened this bottle it totally threw me. After about 15 minutes I pumped it and went to the shop to grab some Bordeaux. When I came back the next day I was more prepared, and really enjoyed it. Super fleshy, some nice animal spice and smoke. More Beaujolais than Aussie shiraz but very enjoyable nonetheless.
