Smoke, mushroom, herb, bark, meat, earth, forrest floor, chocolate. Aromatic, elegant, funky. Long finish of baked red currant. Beautiful.

90 minutes in the decanter and then, boom!

Definitely in the classic bordelaise style, yet a bit overwhelmed by oak tannin.

Dark fruits, but bright acidity. Strong oak tannin

Lean, abundance of oak tannin, lacking fruit,

Green pepper, whole peppercorn, smoked ham, dried tobacco leaf. Round cherry hidden by youthful tannins.

Beautiful. Needs more time.

Great nose and light on the front but complex through the finish. Very nice cabernet franc.
