Delightfully old fashioned. Nose has sweet cream lactic scents, chalky gravel, wet straw, red apple skins. Balanced in the mouth, very restrained but flavorful. Very mineral, but in a soft way. Nice acids and length. I

Just concluded our annual Fall seclusion at our cabin in the Rangeley lakes region of Maine, mobile service up there is mostly non-existent, after several days I am posting again. Notes are somewhat brief, as my focus is relaxing and watching the Common Loons swimming and diving in the cove in front of our camp.
Nose has (cold) cut strawberry, coconut husk, under-ripe mango, dried apricot, dried pineapple, fresh pineapple and a neutral wood aspect.
Palate has yellow cherry, pineapple core, mango+papaya smoothie with light oak influence.
Very satisfying bottle, so young still, future bottles can be 2022+ at a minimum.
