식전주를 어떤걸로 준비할까 찾던중에 빈티지 까바가 눈에 띠더군요
스페인 고유품종(마께베우,자렐로,파레야다)를 블랜딩해서 만든다고 하니 호기심이 자극되어
얼른 집어왔습니다. ^^
레몬, 시트러스, 푸른사과 향이 신선하게 다가옵니다. 질감도 상당히 부드럽고 깔끔하게 떨어집니다.
특히나 섬세하고 부드러운 버블이 굉장히 매력적이네요.
스페인 카바스럽지 않더군요.. 스타트를 맑고 가볍게 시작했습니다.
