Jamie Slone Wines is a small producer of some fine wines from Santa Barbara County. A 30-year around the world wine journey let Jamie and Kym to craft their own wines. Jamie has a very interesting background in radio, real estate and car racing. Their Sauvignon Blanc was aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% in neutral French oak barrels. Fresh aromas of tropical fruit and a touch of citrus scents. On the palate crisp apple, pineapple and citrus fruit flavors with a touch of fragrant spice, refreshing. Medium length ending with a zesty mineral finish. Very nice. Tasting Sample!

Aged in 60% neutral French oak, rest in stainless. A racy SB from a former race car driver. Starts of with typical SB nose and having citrus and fruit aromas. On the palate generous grapefruit and tropical fruit flavors, light and crisp. Medium finish ending with slightly creamy earthy mineral tones. Tasting Sample.

Drank at our Mother’s Day Virtual wine tasing with Jamie and Kym. A lovely Savinoun Blanc in the Sancerre style. Notes of honeydew.
