Clean nose with hints of cacao.
On the palette, Cacao, green pepper, prune, dark,dark chocolate. Bitter yet highly enjoyable, and addictive. Oregon?
I would have thought this SA.
Keep Calm and drink on !

The cork disintegrated but we have a fine strainer and the wine didn’t seem to be affected. Delicious with sous vide reheated leg of lamb. ($20)
