NV. Enjoyed at Betony April 7. Jeff Taylor brought this out to accompany our desserts. Drinks a bit like a moscato d'Asti - low alcohol, a tad sweet, lightly effervescent, quaffable. Solid, but not for all occasions.

Lovely to drink with dessert. I taste pear, honey, and orange with tiny little bubbles. Sweet but delish!

Smells like pear cider. 7% alc so could easily drink the entire bottle as if it’s juice. Doing research for the “champagne “ tower for the rock opera’s Swanktacular fundraiser- it’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it!
