Evolving nicely, starting to reveal more savory and fresh herbal qualities in spaces where it used to be just fruit. Nice to have a SBC Rhone blend that's not trying to turn it up to 11.

Incredibly well balanced GSM. Jaffurs does such a great job blending, allowing each varietal to speak for itself. This one has aged beautifully.
