On the nose a wonderful yeasty, red apple cider quality, cedar, tobacco and a bit vegetal. On the palate cherry, cranberry, raspberry, vanilla and tomatoes. Wonderful structure, high acidity balanced with nice tannins. Refreshing and scrumptious! Great food wine!
