Cabernet Franc is currently enjoying a resurgence in popularity as a varietal wine, and this is an exemplary effort. Dark ruby in color, the tannic structure is medium, and the cherry and blueberry fruits really shine through. The finish manages to be both slightly sweet and a touch tart. I recommend chilling and then decanting for perhaps an hour.

Dark, rich, and delicious, this Cabernet Franc is a thick chewy mocha wine, with only a hint of cherry, and a spicy peppery finish. Chill to 63 degrees and serve as a cocktail wine.

Rich cherry and medium body. A touch dry and touch bitter, but overall a subtle and smooth Cab.
