About the sweetness of a PG, this white has honeysuckle and cream flavors, and falls on the bigger side of light bodied. While it makes a decent enough cocktail wine, the creamy body and residual sugars allowed it to really shine when paired with poblano pepper turkey chiles rellenos and chipotle sauce 😼

Love this Sauvignon blanc. Crisp and oaky.

I was looking for a dry, fruit forward German Riesling for a summery pasta dish I was making. Didn't have one, but this was in my cellar and was a great substitute. It's a clean and crisp wine, perfect with pairing many summer meals. I said I wouldn't buy it again, only because I rarely drink wine like this but it was definitely the perfect fit when I needed it.
