Deep ruby dress. Nose marked by breeding: vanilla, chocolate, smoke, tobacco, black pepper. Some varietal notes that develop on the finish: blackcurrant, blackberries, plum. Vinified in oak barrels, raised in Whisky barrels, the tertiary notes are deep and constitutes the main plot. Surprisingly well melted for only four years. Medium - body, medium + tannins, Fine acidity. Question: is Shiraz cuvée really worth tasting in view of the place that breeding takes?

Robe rubis profonde.. Nez marqué par l’élevage: vanille, chocolat, fumée, tabac, poivre noir. Quelques notes variétales qui se développent sur la finale: cassis, mûres, prune
Vinifié en fût de chêne, élevé en fût de Whisky, l’apport tertiaire est profond et constitue la trame principale. Étonnamment bien fondu pour seulement quatre ans. Corps moyen - tanins moyens + Acidité fine. Question: est ce que la cuvée Shiraz vaut vraiment la peine d’être goûtée au regard de la place que prend l’élevage?
