Very sweet. Flavors of dried apricots

Never had an ice wine quite this old before. Still quite drinkable, despite the very dry cork; however, the flavor was much more like port than ice wine, I think.

Delicious and syrupy - lots of tropical notes a specifically lychee, mango, and papaya. Some honeysuckle and tartness coming from peach and green apple. Very tasty!

OMG! This has turned into a masterpiece. Deep good/amber color. It has a Madeira quality with honeyed dried apricots and a prune tinge. Slight floral component too. Haunting finish

Very nice example of a true ice wine harvested under below freezing conditions. Sweet desert wine, low in alcohol, dark in color, medium to heavy body. Tropical fruit and apricot.
