South Ridge Paso Robles Syrah

Overoaked, non-descript garbage.

Caramel, dark red berries, medium body with very low tannins. Awesome!!

Very good cab for the money.

Very smooth. Oak aging is really nice.

Thick bluish dark ruby color; blue and black berries and oak-notes dominate the nose but it also contains some meatiness, herbs and peppercorn; taste is blueberry soup — like the one you drink warm at a nordic ski event — and baking spices, but the mouthfeel is nevertheless balanced and long.

Delightful. Found this squirreled away. Age really made the difference

It's ok. Not a strong flavor. Not particularly great. But definitely drinkable.

Great quaffing wine. Never disappoints.

Basic cherries and strawberries. Slightly roasted oak.

Serviceable.
