Wow, loving this. Nose has awesome lilac with a tiny hint of black pepper. And so much black plum flavor, light and tannic at the same time. Bummer there isn't more single varietal Mourvèdre around.

Dark Chocolate, dried cranberry, toasty smoky notes on the nose. Gamey & savory, with dried cranberry, mature tannins, and soon to be sediment on the finish (good and appropriate texture). Drink now. Nicely done, J. Lohr!
