A delightful Cuvée with Colors of Red Ruby & Fuchsia, a soft nose of raspberry and mixed berries with a hint of white chocolate, a silky wine with lingering fruit and balanced acidity for a smooth long finish

v16. Outstanding! Opens with black currant and plum nose, but settles to tobacco and black pepper. Fresh, rich, black currant, cassis and hint of plum fruit. Velvety smooth, soft zippy pepper and leather finish. Very good food wine.

v13. Elegant wine.. soft cedar nose. Juicy, black currant and blackberry fruit. Lasting, slightly astringent , leather finish.

V09. So good.. soft white pepper and cedar nose. Juicy black fruit medley with hints of plum. Smooth, slightly dry, tight, sherry like finish. Nicely balanced.

So good great anniversary bottle

Never heard of this before. In 2006 J Lohr did 3 different wines to mimic Pomerol, Pauillac, and St Emilion respectively. This is the Pauillac. Really good.
