Clear pale yellow with light liveliness. Interesting nose with notes of bananas, white floral notes, citrus fruits and a touch of yeast. Medium acidity (6.5/10) and light bodied. Lemon zest on the palate with granny smith apples and gravel notes. Dry and medium bodied. Drink till 2020.

Dosage for this was in 2016.
