Sour cherry vanilla nose forest berry with spice from oak and some forest floor notes but seems to come from a little heavy hand of oak

Bright fruit on the front with some dark fruit to follow. Some alcohol as well, but not totally in a bad way. Relatively pleasant wine, though not one to seek out

The most aromatic of the three. Subdued on the palate, silky and feminine. Well integrated.

2015 - nose: sweet spice, dark cherry, black currant. Very complex for a Pinot, meaty, sweet, wonderful. Little spice on the finish. Lots of "wow's" from the tasting group. We'll definitely buy again.

Not my favorite vintage, but Jay somehow manages restraint in a vintage where many Oregon wines tasted like California.
