Solid cab. My favorite wine right now from Balistreri vineyards in Denver. Wonderful deep ruby color. Intense red fruit on the nose with macerated strawberries and raspberries. Excellent texture with solid tannins. Just the right kiss of oak on the finish. Balanced as hell. Acid is perfect. Love those sulfite free wines. Paired with Moroccan lamb tagine. Amazing!!!

Caramel, black cherry and pepper notes on the nose. Light and slightly dry, with strawberry hints on front pallet. Has a nice, smooth spice finish. I would love to have some filet mignon with this sucker.
