The nose shows a broad spectrum from bright red fruits through to dark and rich plum with some subtle savoury herb undertones. WOW! This is a big deal. It has the weight and power of a top notch port with an enviable tannin structure. Layer upon layer of thick juicy fine grained tannins!
This is masterfully balanced with opulent fruit power. This is a truly luxurious experience. Hats off to the winemakers @Brian Conway and @Craig Isbel and to the Hoffman's and their 130 year old vines in Ebenezer, Barossa valley.

Lovely and smooth. Slightly herbal and medicinal but in a good way.
