silky, deep, with hints of anise and a warm finish. Very nice Jizaké 地酒 from #Yamagata Prefecture.

Juicy, sanmi attack. Faint cemedine

One of my favourite Junmai-shu. Strong taste, but good with fish.

My favourite type of sake. Made by Omachi-rice. This brewery was located in Fukushima. After the great earthquake, they moved to Yamagata.
