Barely drinkable. Way too much vanilla, like they tried to fake the oak aging process somehow. Reminded me a bit of Joe Wagner’s wines.

Hardly any acidity. Milk chocolate, strawberry, mulberry. Tasty but might not hold up against boldly spiced food.

I’m baffled as to why this wine is rated so highly. I’ll give the caveat that the cork in my bottle was loose (although I don’t think it was corked), but this simply wasn’t good. Nothing to this wine. Tastes like “meh,” with hints of “meh” on the palate and a nose and finish of “meh.”
