Not to sure if this sort of thing is in my wheel house, but if it were this is a good example of clean fermentation and essence of apple. So I'm going with "good".

Dry French style cider aged in oak, slightly fizzy. Excellent, but Oak adds a bit of astringency that I'd prefer not be there since it muddles the mineral and fruit flavored of the unoaked version.
