Sour, tart nose. More akin to a sour beer than what one would think of as a cider. Yeasty, tangy, tart apple 🍎, crabapple flavors. Delicious

Almost no carbonation, and quite bretty. Solid pairing with a modern interpretation of middle eastern fare. May have been the best meal I had in Charleston. Maybe.
