A bit of NZ in Perth! When I was at uni and living in Auckland I use to work at wine retailer, Glengarry, where I sold @isabel_vineyard wines. Here in Aussie, this premier label is sold in @danmurphys where this 2016 Sauvignon Blanc sells for $30.
It’s a lemon & lime colour in the glass. It has wonderfully enticing notes of gooseberry and passionfruit dominating the nose for me with hints of grass and capsicum. In the mouth it’s ultra crisp yet has a smooth passionfruit cheesecake texture and refreshing notes of citrus. An elegant Kiwi Sauv that I thoroughly enjoyed downing!
