Finca La Mata Ribera del Duero Tinta del Pais

A very fresh and floral nose,
Light to mid weight, dried plum, fig, black cherry, black olive, soft and easy drinking, a slightly saline and gravel finish.
This seems to always be at the ready.

Earthy and drinkable but not worth more than $12-13

A satisfying, medium bodied wine. A consistent underlying layer of fruit, with a dusty, woody quality. Understated.

Brought this to book club and it was a hit. Lighter, dry red wine.
