Dark ruby in color with a red/ purplish rim.
Fruity nose of mainly blueberries and cherries, but also plums, strawberries, metals, oak, licorice, vanilla, grape juice(?), Chocolates and black pepper.
Medium to full bodied and gentle, with medium acidity and nice skinny legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blueberries, blackberries, plums, cherries, chocolates, vanilla, wood, some green notes, licorice, light cloves, coffee and peppercorn.
Medium plus on the finish, with smooth, yet green tannins, and black pepper.
A Nice and fruity Cabernet, elegant, but not complex. Very much like a grocery store Washington State Cabernet.
Drinkable now and not suitable for aging.
Enjoyed it by itself, by the lake and paired it with cheeses and crackers.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
