I'm chalking my last review to bottle variation. This is so good, brilliant. Nutty layered nose with a hint of honeysuckle and white peach. Soft silky yet taunt and vibrant. Tinge of freshness that leads to a biscuit and fig finish. Nice!

Nov 5th, 2016Yes please! You inspired me @Martin A. Cody! Pale straw color in the glass. Small bubbles, wet stone on the nose followed up with star fruit, slight peach hint and honeydew. Yields low taste of yeast with a finish that lingers of toasted almond. It leans more towards a toasting sparkler.
